The less ingredients there is in a dish, the more I like it!

And that’s just the case with todays lunch tip…

Rye bread (yes, there is a piece of rye bread hidden underneath the salad), fennel, salted almonds, parmesan flakes and basil with a little drizzel of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon.

The only kitchen gear you need to make this is a mandolin iron to cut the fennel, a toaster or oven to roast the rye bread and a frying pan to roast the almonds.

It only takes 10 min. to make, so plenty of time to enjoy your lunch break  🙂
