Weekend breakfasts are my favourite, because here I’ve got time to make myself a proper breakfast meal and read the new ELLE, where I among other things contributed with this editorial 🙂

I got inspired by this orangey spread to squeeze a glass of fresh orange juice. The rest was what I could find in my fridge and kitchen cupboards…

Fried egg with broccoli (instead of avocado – read here why) also fried on the pan with a little bit of olive oil, salt and pepper and served it on top of a crispy bread…

The secret ingredient to this dish is however the black and white sesame seeds with shiso leaves and seaweed – they’re salty and decorative at the same time. I got them from a Swedish shop called Pepstop by Renée Voltaire that I loved to visit when my mum lived in Stockholm, but I bet you can find something similar in your local deli.
