Love love love ice-latte! And with up to 20 degrees in Copenhagen, I would say that ice-latte season FINALLY kicked in!

I make a terrific ice-latte myself and as always my recipe is super simple…

All you need and how to make it, in the order of below:

  • A tea spoon of agave syrup
  • A shot of coffee – I use a Nespresso machine
  • Half a glass of ice-cubes
  • Enough milk to fill up the glass – I either use lactose free milk or almond milk if I want it more creamy

Stir all the ingredients together with a straw or a spoon and voila… ice ice baby!
