Turbot with sauce nage, cabbage and hazelnuts – doesn’t that sound delicious? It’s my dish! and it’s on the menu at Kjøbenhavn this month.
Every month restautant Kjøbenhavn sets focus on a local Copenhagener and this month it’s me. I’m so honored! Besides doing a Q&A about food and Copenhagen among other things, I also got to create my own dish in cooperation with chef Rasmus Lund Jonasson.
I tried it last night and not to brag (ok, maybe just a little) it was SOOO good! It’s a dish exactly to my tasting. I hope you feel like trying it too and if so, it’s on the menu until week 7.
